The X‑40P is built around 40 mm insulated steel panels, designed without thermal bridges and protected by high‑quality sealing at the top, bottom and sides. This helps reduce energy loss, support stable indoor temperatures and make it easier to control heating and cooling costs in industrial buildings.
Flexible lift options for easy integration
With four lift types – standard, low, high and vertical – the X‑40P can be adapted to many different ceiling heights and layouts. This gives installers and specifiers maximum freedom to integrate the door into both new buildings and renovation projects, without compromising on headroom, racking or other equipment..
Smooth motorised operation
A motorised system with smooth opening speed up to 0.25 m/s keeps people, vehicles and goods moving efficiently. The X‑40P can be operated manually, semi‑automatically or fully automatically, with control options configured to match the site – from simple push buttons to sensors and remote controls – for safe, predictable daily operation.
Made to measure with design options
Every X‑40P is made to measure and can be configured to match the building. A selection of five standard RAL colours is available, with optional factory painting in almost any RAL or NCS colour. A wide range of window options allows you to bring in daylight and visibility, improve façade appearance and support safety around the door opening.

Class 3 performance in wind load, water resistance and air permeability helps the X‑40P remain operational even in demanding weather conditions.
