Wind resistant
If your industrial building or hangar is often exposed to strong winds, it is time to install Dynaco or Nergeco wind resistant high-performance doors. Depending on the type and the dimensions of the exterior door, their classification for wind resistance varies from class 2 to 5, according to the European standard EN 12424.
On the Dynaco doors a superior seal around the full perimeter of the door, reinforced side guides made of high-grade folded steel and the strong flexible PVC door curtain provide added resistance to extreme wind pressure. The Nergeco door curtain is designed with flexible horizontal stiffeners, pushing the curtain from the inside to the furthest edge of the side guides. At the same time, they stretch the curtain vertically from top to bottom. Thus, wind load is evenly distributed over the whole door, resulting in a wind resistance up to class 5.
A safe choice
Dynaco flexible high-speed roll-up doors have a soft and lightweight door curtain free of rigid elements. When the curtain hits a person, product or vehicle it simply folds around this obstacle. No damages or injuries will be caused. Optional devices such as radars and sensors can automate the opening and closing cycle of our doors, in order to prevent accidents and collisions with incoming and outgoing vehicles.

Special openings
Contrary to classic systems that offer wind resistance by using slow, heavy beams and the structure of the building itself, the Nergeco “Trekking” folding technology provides a great wind resistance by integrating lightweight stiffeners distributed over the entire curtain. The self-supporting frame uses its own vertical legs to guide the stiffeners. Pressure is then divided over the whole frame uniformly, providing reliable and continuous operation.
Adapted to the mining industry, hangars and craneways, and designed to operate while transmitting minimum stress to the building, in high altitudes, under huge wind load, below freezing temperatures, with snow weight and in aggressive atmospheres… it’s the superlative high-performance door !
Multicomposite frame
Nergeco internal doors are designed with the latest generation of multicomposite materials. Without mechanical welds, surfaces are smooth, washable and water-repellent. The multicomposite material offers a better resistance than stainless steel against shocks, corrosion, tearing, twisting and denting. Developed both in accordance with the rigorous constraints of food production and pharmaceutical environments, they can be easily cleaned, even under high pressure, and absorb impact without becoming permanently distorted. Added to the absence of painting, it guarantees a durable, corrosion-free appearance.
