Having to flee the war in Bosnia Herzegovina in the 90s, Dino Ovcina grew up in Denmark where he finished his studies. Next, he put his Business Engineering and International Management degrees to good use in Denmark, Britain and Belgium. And now he travels the world for Dynaco, selling high-speed doors and representing our way of working. A company culture characterised by integrity, empowerment and innovation. Values that define how we deal with our clients, but also our own people.
INTEGRITY
Dynaco is built on respect. Only then can you make the best products and create the best customer experience. An approach Dino Ovcina wholeheartedly agrees with. “These days, sales are no longer just about the quality of what you have to offer. Everyone wants to offer that. You have to also excel in other ways. With the customer experience you offer, for instance. That is where you can make a difference. A great customer experience starts at the very beginning, where the products are made. So let’s all make every touchpoint as positive as possible.”
