This state-of-the-art tool allows them to make quotes at any time of day, without having to wait for a reply from customer service. Within minutes, our partners can create custom and detailed quotes on the spot to send to their end customer. A valuable tool that helps them save time and stay always ahead.
Dynaco at your fingertips
Showpad is another excellent innovation that makes a world of difference for the daily workflow of our partners. The leading sales platform includes everything Dynaco has to offer, replacing countless paper brochures with a single, user-friendly app. Product information - including photos, videos and presentations - can be shown on the spot or sent to the client. There’s an added benefit too: our partners and sales colleagues can see exactly which products were viewed by their customer, how long they stayed on a particular product and how many times they revisited the link, key insights that help sales.
Welcome to the Dynaco Academy
To help our dealers get a grip on the latest technology, Dynaco offers advanced technical training at our factory in Moorsel. Here, we help our partners understand the theory and put it into practice. Together with our customer support team, our partners discover the technical aspects of our doors and learn how to install and program a high-speed door. They also discuss troubleshooting, maintenance and how to solve common technical issues. Dynaco also offers sales trainings, where our partners can discover the products firsthand in the showroom, view samples and learn the key selling points. Our trainings are a great opportunity to answer questions on the spot and create meaningful connections that open the door to more opportunities.
