Anonymised statistics may be stored for a longer period.

    Retained permanently, since it is a legal requirement to respect your preferences, subject to a ten-yearly re-evaluation.
  • Information regarding our business relationship (orders, offers, your requirements, delivery information, account details, etc.):
    Retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 18 months thereafter. Data may be stored longer if required by law.
  • Administrative data (invoice, payment, and order details):
    Retained for at least 7 years, in line with legal and fiscal obligations.
