Caratteristiche anticongelamento
Il motore è stato progettato per funzionare in condizioni estreme di freddo ed è dotato di un sistema di sbrinamento a bassa emissione e di un sistema di lubrificazione per ambienti a temperatura negativa. Le guide di scorrimento laterali sono dotate di un sistema di riscaldamento regolabile autonomamente onde garantire una facile apertura e chiusura del telo.
Telo a triplo strato con doppio isolamento
Il modello C Freezer 2 ha un telo flessibile a triplo strato con coibentazione integrata fra i tre strati (U = 1.97 W/m².°C) per ridurre la perdita di temperatura conduttiva attraverso il telo. I lati del telo presentano apposite falde di tenuta per una maggiore chiusura perimetrale nelle guide laterali verticali. Grazie a questo design nessun’altra porta scorrevole frigorifera risulta necessaria per la chiusura notturna.

The Nergeco “Intelligent Curtain” reduces the risk in injuries and damage. The free, flexible and soft bottom edge can be distorted both vertically and horizontally. At the slightest impact, it reopens the door. - Food grade curtain

The direct drive motor with proven reliability provides long lasting performance. This technology avoids the use of chains and reduces maintenance. General wear is reduced as the door operates with only 5 moving parts (motor, gearbox, limit switch, winding shaft, rotating sleeve). - Uninterrupted production
Even if the door is hit and a stiffener would bend, the folding door will continue to work without interrupting the production flow.
