As a Technical Customer Support Engineer you have a crucial role in Dynaco’s Customer Service organization. This team supports clients worldwide and consists of 14 coworkers. In this function, you are in charge of the HPD (High-Performance Doors) and OHSD (Overhead Sectional Doors) customer service.
In cooperation with the team, you set up (internal and external) technical trainings, spare parts order process, and all technical documentation on HPD and OHSD. You manage the problem-solving and troubleshooting of technical questions and issues of your clients (on-site support technicians/engineers).
You provide technical training for your clients who travel for this purpose to the headquarters in Aalst. Occasionally, in case the problem cannot be solved over the phone or via email, you provide on-site assistance.
You assist the team on troubleshooting and problem-solving on HPD/OHSD.
